Account Assistant + Admin (Work From Home / Overseas) - $750 to $900
Working Hours: - Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6.00pm), Friday (8.00am to 5.30pm)
A Construction Company is looking for an Account Assistant cum Admin (Work from Home)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices and delivery orders
- Data entry
- Generate Statements of Account (SOA)
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails
- Prepare quotations for customers
- Manage and monitor workers’ timesheets
- Perform filing and administrative tasks
- Assist with any ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
- Minimum LCCI Diploma Level 3
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team player with problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients
- Responsible and adaptable to additional duties as assigned by management
- Immediate availability preferred
- Willing to work from home
- Own a computer
- Willing to travel to Singapore twice a month or as necessary for meetings
