A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Account Assistant to support their expanding operations. The role involves managing invoices, expense claims, and compliance with policies while assisting with finance operations. Candidates should possess a diploma/degree in finance or accounting and have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Our client is a Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Account Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Description:
Process and review supplier invoices for accuracy and timely payment
Handle staff expense claims and related payments
Support system migration to Evergreen (data cleansing and verification)
Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with policies
Assist with general finance operations and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance roles
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good command of spoken and written English
