Job summary

A dynamic company seeks an Accountant to manage AP and AR functions, maintain records in accounting software, and assist in financial report preparation. If you possess accounting qualifications, are proficient in Xero, and are able to communicate in English and Chinese, this role is ideal for you.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Assist in preparing financial reports including balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Process staff expense claims.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for AP and AR functions

• Maintain transaction record into accounting system

• Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements

• Process staff expense claims and manage timely reimbursements.

• Any other accounting/admin functions
