Account Assistant

Job Description:
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and book-keeping.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments.
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare supporting documents for audits and GST returns.
- Assist with administering payroll and monthly CPF submission.
- Maintain and track office equipment inventory and renewal of subscriptions.
- Liaise with vendors on payment and delivery matters.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent certificates.
- Experience in using accounting software such as XERO.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Values honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Basic proficiency in Mandarin (speak, read, and write) is a must to cooperate with overseas departments.
- 2-3 years of working experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
