Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit monthly claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor and follow up on payment statuses with clients and related parties
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of claims and payments
  • Assist in daily accounting operations and support financial reporting
  • Coordinate with project and admin teams on financial matters

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in construction accounting or knowledge of project claims is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
