A local educational company in Singapore is seeking an accounts assistant to perform data entry and assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role involves working Monday to Friday from 1pm to 9pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist with bank, petty cash, and account reconciliations
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support the finance team during audits and budget preparations
- File and organize accounting documents and records
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent in Accounting or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or Excel)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
