Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage appointment schedules: Coordinate with clients to confirm appointment locations and times, and prepare meeting links if necessary.
  • Take minutes of meetings.
  • Record and track expenses; generate pivot tables and charts for visualization purposes.
  • Source, order, pack, and ship gifts for clients’ birthdays and during festive seasons.
  • Prepare and handle confidential and sensitive documents.
  • Design content (cards, slides, infographics) occasionally.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum diploma holder.
  • Minimum commitment of 3 months.
  • Working hours: Monday-Saturday, 9 am-6 pm.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Good attitude and communication skills.
  • Responsible and meticulous.
  • Proactive at work and efficient at accomplishing tasks assigned.
