A growing company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant (Receivable) to support its financial operations. The successful candidate will manage billing systems, generate invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist in financial reporting. Ideal for those with relevant diplomas and at least one year of experience, this role offers an opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment.
Position: Accounts Assistant (Receivable)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining billing system
Generating invoices and account statement & accounts reconciliation
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records, producing monthly financial and management reports.
Investigating and resolving any errors, shortfall or enquiries
Ensuring payments received within payment terms/ calling clients regarding payments
Assist in preparing detailing accounts receivable status, filing & scanning
Any ad-hoc works within the dept
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in data entry skills
Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures in similar
Team player
Good-Time management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
very good understanding of accounting principles
Relevant diploma in related fields, 1 year or more experience as an accounts receivable clerk or similar role (Non Diploma graduate but with accounting experiences may apply)
Able to work independently
Able to start immediately or within short notice
