A leading electronics company in Singapore is seeking an accounting assistant. The role involves managing accounts receivable functions, assisting with accounting operations, and handling import/export documentation. Ideal candidates should possess a Higher Nitec/LCCI/Diploma and 1 to 2 years of experience with strong MS Office skills. This position offers an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and process AR functions, including bank reconciliation
Assist in accounting data entry and day to day operations of accounting
Assist in import and export documentation, data entry, filing
Willing to learn and need to liaise with supplier and customer
Assist with administrative tasks as required
Requirement
Higher Nitec/ LCCI / Diploma, with 1 to 2 years’ experience
Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word
High integrity, motivated and attentive to details
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
