Job summary

A leading electronics company in Singapore is seeking an accounting assistant. The role involves managing accounts receivable functions, assisting with accounting operations, and handling import/export documentation. Ideal candidates should possess a Higher Nitec/LCCI/Diploma and 1 to 2 years of experience with strong MS Office skills. Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in accounting or related field.
  • Willing to learn and liaise with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process AR functions, including bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in data entry and day-to-day operations of accounting.
  • Assist with import and export documentation.
