A leading company in domestic services is seeking an Account Assistant to manage financial activities including accounts payable, expense reports, and financial record maintenance. This role requires attention to detail and experience with compliance in local regulations. Salary range from $2500 to $3200 based on experience.
Account assistant
· Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and vendor payments.
· Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals and prepayments.
· Prepare and process expense reports and employee reimbursements.
· Maintain accurate financial records and documents and comply with local regulations.
· Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts as needed.
· Handle petty cash management.
· Check goods received against purchase orders, identify and resolve discrepancies, and coordinate returns or exchanges with vendors.
Salary: $2500-3200 (depending on experience and certification)
Time: 9am-6pm (Monday to Friday) Saturday 9am-1pm
5.5-day system, offline interview required
