A technology firm in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage various sales reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of working experience and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. The role requires a self-motivated and organized approach to support team collaboration and AR tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Daily Sales Report.
· Weekly sales report.
· Monthly Commission report.
· Help with AR matters.
· Ad hoc work assigned by management.
Requirements:
· Preferably with 1 year of related working experience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Pivot, and Vlookup.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.
· Self-motivated, independent, able to multi-task and work as a team.
