Account and Relationship Manager

About the role

As an Account and Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships for Hubbagolf Pte Ltd, a leading provider of premium golf equipment and accessories. This full-time position is based in the Punggol North-East Region and will involve working closely with both existing and prospective clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers through regular communication and excellent service

• Identifying new business opportunities and prospecting for potential clients

• Negotiating and closing sales contracts with clients while ensuring profitable terms for the company

• Providing feedback and input to the product development team to ensure the company's offerings meet customer needs

• Reporting on customer activity, sales performance and market trends

• Supporting marketing and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in account management and business development, preferably in the sporting goods or luxury retail industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
