JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring timely communication and service delivery
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and follow up on deliverables
- Prepare marketing materials, reports, presentations, and proposals as needed
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, client interactions, and campaign results
- Assist with social media content planning, posting, and engagement tracking
- Help organize events, promotions, or product launches in collaboration with the marketing team
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support marketing strategy
- Handle basic administrative duties related to account and campaign management
- Provide support in client servicing, feedback collection, and post-campaign analysis
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong interest in account servicing, branding, and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiar with social media platforms, Canva, or basic design tools is a plus
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
