Job description

  1. Collect fees and manage banking transactions.
  2. Handle general enquiries via phone and email.
  3. Prepare administrative and accounting documents for signature.
  4. Accurately prepare and submit accounting documents to the outsourced vendor on time; familiarity with QuickBooks Accounting Software is required.
  5. Verify invoices and ensure proper manager endorsement.
  6. Input user invoices into the ILTC portal for monthly MOH subvention claims.
  7. Assist outsourced vendor in preparing annual income statements for IRAS filing.
  8. Order office stationery and monthly toiletries supplies.
  9. Maintain accounts and related documents for the annual audit.
  10. Liaise with users' relatives in case of emergencies.
  11. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  12. Record user particulars (admission and discharge) in Cares & Bright portals.
  13. Assist with serving meals and providing transport escort when needed.
  14. Support supervision of users during excursions.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
