A dynamic resource company in Singapore is seeking an individual to provide accounting and administrative support across its group of companies. Responsibilities include processing invoices and payments for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, along with some HR tasks. Candidates should have a positive attitude and be willing to learn. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, but part-time arrangements with flexible hours can be considered.
We are seeking an individual to provide accounting and administrative support to our Accounts and HR departments across the group of companies. The responsibilities of this position include generating and processing data entries for invoices and payments related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Additionally, the role will involve handling some HR and administrative tasks, including creating Excel reports.
Full-time: Monday to Friday 9-6pm but can consider part-time arrangement with flexible working hours
