• Prepare month-end closing documents and reconcile accounts.

Job Description

• Handle full spectrum of accounting roles, performing full set of accounts.
• Review and verify invoices and check requests
• Enter and upload invoices into system
• Track expenses and process expense reports
• Prepare month end closing documents such as general ledger, journal, schedules and bank
• Reconcile accounts payable with suppliers'statements
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Produce monthly reports
• Assist with month end closing
• Assist with the GST Filing and other financial duties.

Requirements

1. No experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided
2. Hardworking, Responsible with a good work attitude, and willing to learn.
3. Meticulous,pro-active, multi-tasking and able to work under tight timelines.
