  • Perform full bookkeeping tasks.
  • Execute monthly accounting reconciliations.
  • Data entry and file maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly statements and GST claims.
  • Handle banking duties including cheque deposits.
  • Photocopy and file vouchers.
  • Maintain leave records.
  • Assist the accounting team as needed.

Job Description


We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Accounts And Admin Executive.


Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices for the company daily.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Responsible for ensuring clients payment is paid on time
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.
  • Responsible for simple full book keeping/full set of account
  • Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
  • Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
  • Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, and related bills
  • Banking matters - cheque deposits, token application etc
  • Photocopying, arrangement and filing of vouchers
  • Responsible for leave record
  • Perform admin related duties and ad-hoc duties
  • Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience.
