Job summary

Le candidat idéal soutiendra les fonctions financières et administratives, gérant les entrées de comptabilité et assurant le bon fonctionnement des opérations quotidiennes. Ce rôle nécessite de bonnes compétences en communication et en gestion du temps, ainsi qu'une expérience préalable en comptabilité et en administration.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 ans d'expérience dans des rôles de comptabilité et d'administration.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des logiciels de comptabilité.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et gestion du temps.

Responsibilities

  • Gérer les entrées comptables quotidiennes (AP, AR, GL).
  • Gérer les fournitures de bureau et les correspondances administratives.
  • Assister à l'organisation des réunions et des arrangements de voyage.

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts cum Admin to support our finance and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be able to handle basic accounting tasks and assist with general office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Duties:

  • Handle daily accounting entries (AP, AR, GL)
  • Handle payroll
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash
  • Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents
  • Support audit and tax preparation when required
  • CPF submission

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and administrative correspondence
  • Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and staff claims
  • Maintain employee records and support basic HR tasks
  • Ensure the office environment is neat and well-organized
Requirements:
  • At least 1–2 years of working experience in accounting and admin roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software,QuickBooks
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently
