Job Description
Responding to Emails
- Acknowledging and responding to emails forwarded by the PR department.
Meeting Arrangements
- Organizing E-meetings or in-person meetings.
Interview Coordination
- Engaging VIs (Visually Impaired) for interviews, either online or in person.
- Confirming the type of enquiry.
Event Coordination
- Assisting in the coordination of external events such as awareness talks, outreach events, etc.
- Accompanying HOD (Head of Department) and other VIs to awareness talks or accessibility evaluations.
- Accompanying HOD on recces for outreach events.
Room Booking
- Booking rooms in SAVH (Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped) for interviews.
Claims and Timesheets
- Submission of transport claims and timesheets for "contract for service" staff.
- Learn financial procedures, such as raising PRs when required.
Project Support
- Assisting with awareness talks and outreach projects, such as taking photos or other required tasks.
Dashboard Updates
- Updating the monthly management dashboard.
Communications
- Writing and disseminating messages via email blasts, WhatsApp community chat groups, and the Info Line.
Work Flexibility
- Available to work during evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.
ADHOC Duties
Assisting at the HOD’s request in the WCC departments.
