Job description

RECRUITFIRST IS HIRING, YOU WILL BE OUTSOURCED/DEPLOYED TO:

Location:Katong

Duration:Immediate - 1 yr

Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm

Pay:Up to $3k/mth

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate closely with stakeholders on the timely fault cleaning and service restoration of access and transmission equipment in order to meet the Service Level Agreement

- Troubleshoot fault related to access and transmission equipment. Escalation to tier two technical support if need arises

- Responsible for the daily schedule preparation and timely execution of the site survey, installation & commissioning, testing, replacement and preventive maintenance of access and transmission equipment to meet customer and operational requirements

- Monitor the health and performance of the access and transmission equipment in the network and carry out remedial action accordingly

- Provide support for re-routing or diversion activities during cable related service incident

- On standby duties and silent hour recall. Work on irregular hours, such as at night and on pubic holidays, weekends, at very short notice when need arises

- Coordinate with planner and contractor on the recovery of transmission equipment including shutting down of non-working equipment

Requirements:

- Qualification in IT/Engineering

- Climbing required (2 - 3 metres)
