Qualifications

• Academic Excellence: A bachelor's degree or above in Education or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
• Leadership experience in supervisory or team-lead roles within education or corporate training.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication to engage diverse audiences.
• Patience and empathy with a student-centered mindset and adaptable learning styles.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
• Experience in teaching, tutoring, or academic administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of tutoring and academic support programs across subjects.
• Lead, train, and support part-time tutors and instructors; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor student performance and design individualized learning pathways.
• Communicate with parents and institutional partners; provide progress updates.
• Coordinate scheduling, attendance, materials, and record-keeping.
• Conduct high-level or small-group tutoring as needed.
