Qualifications

Job description

Deliver and/or facilitate course lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions related to domain expertise, following prescribed lesson plans to meet learning outcomes and create an engaging environment.

Coordinate with course coordinators and leaders regarding assessments, moderation, and examinations.

Academic Quality Assurance

Implement SIM GE's academic processes, policies, and procedures.

Maintain fair, rigorous assessment standards and workflows.

Administrative Support to Divisions/Departments

Contribute to teaching and learning development initiatives within the domain areas offered by SIM GE and university partners.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a Master’s degree with strong knowledge in at least two disciplines within the department.
• Relevant work and teaching experience in at least two disciplines in a higher education setting.
• Knowledge of digital learning tools and ability to select appropriate teaching methods.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across organizational levels.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
• Problem-solving skills with innovative approaches.
