As an Academic Head Physics at NNIIT, you will lead the Physics vertical for IIT-JEE and NEET competitive exams. Your role involves developing and enhancing academic content, guiding the faculty team, tracking student performance, and implementing academic strategies to improve outcomes. Collaboration with internal teams for AI-based educational tools development, staying updated with exam trends, conducting academic audits, and engaging in parent-student counseling sessions are also part of your responsibilities.You must hold a B.Tech/M.Tech from IIT along with a minimum of 5 years of exclusive academic experience in IIT-JEE/NEET coaching institutes. Strong conceptual clarity in Physics, leadership skills, knowledge of exam patterns, and teaching expertise are essential. Experience in AI-driven EdTech product development would be a plus.
