Description:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Academic Debating Thinking & Dance Education Lecturer to join our team.
In your role, you will be responsible for designing and teaching courses on debating thinking, nurturing students' critical thinking, logical reasoning skills, oral expression skills, teaching dance education theory, dance teaching methods and techniques, and other related knowledge. You will collaborate with students to help them build a solid foundation of thinking, enhance their debating skills, and stimulate their interest in academic research and knowledge exploration. You will inspire students' passion for dance art, and cultivate their skills, and creativity through your teaching.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and teach courses on academic debating thinking, including but not limited to logical thinking, dialectical thinking, argument structure, etc.
2. Design and teach courses related to dance education, including dance history, dance theory, dance teaching methods, etc.
3. Guide students to participate in debating activities, cultivate their debating skills and communication abilities.
4. Provide personalized coaching and guidance, help students solve thinking problems, and promote their academic growth and development; meet students' learning needs and interests flexibly.
5. Encourage students to actively participate in academic research projects, cultivate their independent thinking and innovation abilities.
6. Collaborate with other faculty members to promote the teaching and research work of the college, and to develop courses and teaching resources.
Requirements:
1. Master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields, with solid academic background and teaching experience.
2. Rich academic experience, preferably with teaching experience at universities or dance academies.
3. Familiar with academic debating thinking theories and methods, with rich teaching resources and cases.
4. Excellent oral expression and presentation skills, able to inspire students' learning.
5. Team spirit, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues to complete teaching tasks.
6. Patient and responsible towards students.
