About LinkStudies

LinkStudies is a trusted education consultancy based in Singapore, dedicated to supporting international students and Chinese families in navigating the Singapore education system. Since 2006, our founding team has been actively engaged in school placement, tuition, guardianship, homestay, and immigration-related services.


As we continue to grow, we are looking for committed and detail-oriented Academic Advisors who are bilingual in English and Mandarin, experienced in curriculum support, and passionate about helping students succeed through personalised academic planning and close progress monitoring.


This position requires strong proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) , as over 90% of our clients are Chinese-speaking, and our internal systems and daily communications are conducted primarily in Chinese. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese , including handling written tasks and typing in Chinese. If you are not comfortable working in Chinese, this role may not be suitable.


Job Responsibilities


  • Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand academic needs and drive course enrollment
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative academic planning and effective follow-ups
  • Develop and monitor personalised academic plans aligned with students' learning objectives
  • Maintain regular communication with tutors to track and optimize student performance
  • Deliver bilingual (Chinese/English) academic progress reports to parents monthly/termly
  • Conduct academic reviews and adjust tuition plans (subjects, frequency, tutor matching)
  • Provide motivational support and intervention strategies for underperforming students
  • Collaborate with education advisors to align academic pathways with admission requirements
  • Monitor learning progress and implement corrective actions to ensure goal attainment
  • Actively participate in academic meetings to enhance teaching quality standards
  • Lead teacher recruitment, including interviewing, selecting and optimal student-tutor matching

Requirements
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education, Psychology, Business or related fields
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in academic coordination, school teaching, or private tuition administration preferred
  • Fresh graduates with strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and tutors
  • Familiarity with the Singapore MOE system and/or international curriculum (IGCSE, IB) is a strong plus
  • A calm, supportive personality with a student-centric mindset
  • Comfortable handling digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM, learning platforms)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel charts, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Working Hours
  • Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
  • Saturday half-days may be required during peak admission seasons
