Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Skate coach to deliver lessons islandwide according to timetable. You will plan sessions, coach skaters, monitor progress and give constructive feedback to learners, helping them improve skills and confidence.

The position runs 44 hours a week with weekends included; 5 days with 2 weekdays off. Salary ranges SG$2,500–SG$3,500 depending on education, with training provided even if you cannot skate initially.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching in any sport.
• No skating ability required; training provided.
• Sport-related qualifications or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in lesson planning and provide constructive feedback.
• Plan, coach, monitor, assess and grade student progress.
• Assist in logistics and administrative tasks of running the skating school.
• Plan bi-yearly events such as Night Skating, Skating Camps and more.

Working Days:

5 days, 2 off weekdays per week

Working hours :

44 hours per week (If have OT, will give either OT pay or time off)

Weekday 12pm to 8.30pm

Weekends 8.45am to 7.45pm

Salary:

Gross $2500 - $3500 (Depends to education)

Responsibilities:

• To take part in lesson planning andprovide constructive feedback for learners
• To plan, coach, monitor, assess and grade student progress on an ongoing basis
• Take part in the planning of logistics and administrative tasks of running a skating school
• Planning of bi-yearly event such as Night Skating, Skating in Urban Conditions, Skate Camps and more.

Requirements:

• Has coaching experience in any sport.
• Does not need to know how to skate as training is provided.
• Sport related qualifications or certifications preferred.
