A*STAR is seeking exceptional global talent to join our prestigious Entrepreneurial Investigatorship (EI) program. This opportunity allows researchers to translate their work from the lab into the market. EIs are expected to use their research budgets to initiate impactful projects, lead teams of junior scientists, and collaborate with global and local partners. These projects should aim for scientific and technological outcomes such as IP creation, licensing, industry partnerships, scaling, and entrepreneurial ventures like startups and spinoffs.

Eligibility

• Doctorate in STEM disciplines, focusing on areas such as Translational Immunology & Inflammation, Healthy Longevity and Aging, Advanced Therapeutics, Semiconductor, Sustainability, AI in Engineering, Quantum Technology, Robotics, or other emerging fields
• 5-15 years of post-PhD experience at the intersection of research, innovation, and enterprise
