Headcount: 1 Manager, 2 Marketing Executives (Max RM4000). Marketing Executive's responsibilities are lesser than the manager, mainly social media updates, event organization, etc.

We are seeking a young and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to lead strategy, planning, and execution to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities
  • Establish product positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing strategies and plans across different channels and segments.
  • Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors. Maintain client and customer engagement through multiple offline and online strategies.
  • Create and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns to meet business objectives and ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets quarterly and annually, overseeing and approving marketing materials.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs (online & offline), coordinating strategies across departments and managing branding, advertising, and promotions.
  • Understand digital social platforms to support digital transformation strategies.
  • Produce engaging content to attract and convert target audiences.
  • Manage social media campaigns for new product launches to increase traffic and facilitate retargeting.
  • Experience in the IT industry is an advantage.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
Requirements
  • Master's/Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of product planning and marketing experience in a B2B technology company.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing, Google Analytics, and leveraging e-commerce to grow business.
  • Excellent planning and communication skills with internal teams, clients, and external parties.
  • Ability to foster internal collaboration and build relationships internally and externally.
  • Experience across marketing disciplines, especially demand generation and lead creation.
  • Strategic and forward-looking marketing planning skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to report marketing analysis.
  • Experience in the IT field, channel marketing, partner alliances, or PR agencies is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and the local native language.
