You will lead and manage engagement teams performing audit, assurance, and compliance work across diverse industries. As a leader, you will guide, mentor, review work, and develop strong client relationships, assisting Partners in planning and change management.

Requirements

• Recognized professional accounting qualification.
• 5-8 years relevant audit experience in banks and financial institutions.
• Membership in MIA/MICPA/ACCA/ICAEW/CPA Australia or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and people management skills, with adaptability.
• Experience in reputable professional services firms is an advantage.
