Work you’ll do

• Oversee, organize, review, and evaluate the conduct of the engagement in consultation with the engagement partner.
• Provide direct supervision and guidance to Internship Associates.
• Draft reports, tax returns, management letters, and other communications with the client.
• Meettheprofession’sandtheFirm’stechnicalstandardsasestablishedincurrentprofessionalpronouncementsandFirmpolicies.
• Provideclientswithqualityservice,preserveengagementandclientconfidentiality,andenhanceprofessionalrelationshipswithclientpersonnel.
• Sharewithconcernedteammembersinsightintothetheoryandprinciplesofaccounting,andtheobjectives,standards,andproceduresofauditing.
• Reviewworkoutputproducedbystaffandensurethatauditproceduresareperformedinaccordancewithstandards.
• Identifyspecificissuesrelativetoanengagementanddetermineappropriatestrategiesinconsultationwiththeengagementpartner.
• ComplywiththeFirm’sadministrativepolicies,practices,andguidelines.

Requirements

Educational Background:

• Graduate of Bachelor Science in Accountancy.

Work Experience:

• Senior Manager: At least 9-10 years of working experience in external audit.
• Manager: At least 7-8 years of working experience in external audit.
• Assistant Manager: At least 4-5 years of working experience in external audit.
• Senior Associate: At least 2-3 years of working experience in external audit.

Certifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

OtherQualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with multiple engagement teams.
• Analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle stress and accomplish goals with minimal supervision.
