A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Trade Support professional to handle commodity contracts, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure smooth trade execution. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills. This role offers a salary of up to $4,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in trade support or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commodity sale and purchase contracts in consultation with Trading, Trade Finance, and Shipping Team.
• Liaise with suppliers and buyers on all contract related finalisation.
• Follow up and finalize all Trade related contracts in consultation with the internal team.
• Handle transaction cycle for all shipments with proper monitoring.
• Keep track of contract details and make periodical reports as required.
• Work closely with back office and operational staff.

• Salary: up to $4k + VB

Job Scope:

• Prepare commodity sale and purchase contracts in consultation with Trading, Trade Finance and Shipping Team.
• Liaise with suppliers and buyers on all contract related finalisation.
• To follow up and finalize all Trade related contracts in consultation with the internal team and put through the Trade Contract.
• To handle transaction cycle for all shipments with proper monitoring of each step of trade deal execution
• Keep track of contract details and make out periodical reports as and when required.
• Work closely with back office and operational staff to ensure smooth logistics/end to end supply chain of your trades
