Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have a Nitec or Diploma in Business, and at least 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $3000 to $4500.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry.
  • Able to read technical drawing and specification.
  • Possess Class 3 driving license / own vehicle (preferable).

Sales Executive


Working Hours: Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm (lunch break 1 hour) &

Sat - 9am to 1pm

Requirement:

  • Possess at least Nitec or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Construction or related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Able to read technical drawing and specification
  • Possess Class 3 driving license / own vehicle (preferable)

Job Scope:

  • Identify sales opportunities and prospects to achieve continuous growth in business
  • Identify potential customers, initiate customer visits, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers
  • Build customer relationships, support customers' project requirements and enquiries
  • Identify new market trends, business opportunities and generate monthly reports
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base
  • Manage and ensure achieving monthly sales target
  • Account management/servicing from pre-sales, post-sales and commissioning
  • Handling sales enquiries, generate quotations, product presentation and addressing customers’ requirements
  • Follow up on customers’ payments
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior
