A leading culinary provider is seeking 10 Cooks to join their team in a dynamic Central Kitchen/Nursing Home environment. Ideal candidates will assist in food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Working hours rotate across shifts, providing an engaging opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

(Central Kitchen/ Nursing Home)
Working days & hours: 6 days, 8 hours/day
Operation hours: 5am - 6pm (Rotate shift)
Working Location: Islandwide
Salary: Basic $2380 - $2500 +OT
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef with kitchen duties.
- Prepare and cook food following assigned menus and recipes.
- Sort, store, and distribute ingredients efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior.
