Business Development Assistant Manager

  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Office at City Hall
  • Salary: $5000 to $6000

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the built environment
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a consultancy firm
  • Preferred: experience as a QS consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Business News Sourcing
  • Source and monitor incoming business opportunities aligned with business objectives.
  • Engage regularly with clients and consultants to identify potential opportunities, from news to tender to award.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Business Department Duties
    • Perform daily duties such as preparing board papers, reporting weekly business news, and conducting market research.
    • Guide business executives and manage timelines for tasks.
    • Report regularly to GM and management.
  • Tender Support & Coordination
    • Support during tender stages, including coordinating with departments, preparing submissions, and organizing risk assessments.
    • Manage follow-ups and ensure timely tender submissions.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations during tenders and corporate events.
  • Other Duties
    • Plan and coordinate business events and marketing initiatives with GM.
    • Ensure timely execution of events and initiatives.
