Business Development Assistant Manager
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Office at City Hall
- Salary: $5000 to $6000
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the built environment
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a consultancy firm
- Preferred: experience as a QS consultant
Roles & Responsibilities
- Business News Sourcing
- Source and monitor incoming business opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Engage regularly with clients and consultants to identify potential opportunities, from news to tender to award.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
Business Department Duties- Perform daily duties such as preparing board papers, reporting weekly business news, and conducting market research.
- Guide business executives and manage timelines for tasks.
- Report regularly to GM and management.
Tender Support & Coordination- Support during tender stages, including coordinating with departments, preparing submissions, and organizing risk assessments.
- Manage follow-ups and ensure timely tender submissions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations during tenders and corporate events.
Other Duties- Plan and coordinate business events and marketing initiatives with GM.
- Ensure timely execution of events and initiatives.
