A leading company in the construction industry is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to oversee project coordination related to healthcare and logistics constructions. The role involves managing shop drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications, and liaising with various stakeholders. Applicants should possess a relevant degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction field, alongside proficiency in Autocad and BIM technologies.

Qualifications

  • Recognized Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent.
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in the Construction Industry preferred.
  • Well-versed in Autocad, Revit / BIM software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the checking and coordination of shop drawings with respective trades.
  • Review project specifications and manage submissions of drawings.
  • Coordinate with partners and resolve technical issues during construction.

Job description

Architectural Coordinator

  • Office at: CHANGI BUSINESS PARK {Expo MRT}
  • Project Based in Outram / Tuas / New Project Location
  • Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
  • Salary is $3,500 to $5,000

Current project: Healthcare construction in Outram Park and Logistics Hub at Tuas. [ Main Contractor ]

Job Responsibilities:

  • Involve and lead in checking and coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (eg Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works).
  • Review project specifications, Shop drawings and technical clarifications.
  • Able to prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule with procurement schedule.
  • Manage submission and approvals of Shop drawings and Samples from Consultants.
  • Manage the receipt and issuance of all Consultant drawings and Shop drawings.
  • Liaise and coordinate with working partners, Consultant, Authorities and Subcontractors during the construction phase.
  • Rectify any technical and coordination issues that surface within the Project team and any related working partners.

Job requirements:

  • Recognized Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in the Construction Industry preferred
  • Well-versed in Autocad, Revit / BIM software in Architectural / Structural / MEP
