A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Account Assistant to support their accounting team. This role involves handling petty cash, issuing purchase orders and invoices, and ensuring proper financial documentation. Account Assistant
Requirements:
-At least 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry is preferable
-Min Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Accounting Software
Jobs Scope:
-Handle Petty Cash claims and issue PO and Invoices, etc
-Ensure proper documentation and approval before payment
-Provide administrative support to the accounting team
-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
