Job description

9 Months Temp HR Assistant (L&D) *IMMEDIATE* #HZTT

Support the end-to-end implementation of L&D programmes to ensure relevance, maintenance of standards, and alignment with company goals and objectives:

  1. Learning Programme Coordination and Preparation: Plan and manage training schedules, coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and participants. Prepare and organise training materials, and ensure the smooth execution of training sessions.
  2. Reporting: Gather and prepare reports required for submission to stakeholders and partners. Prepare comprehensive reports on training outcomes and metrics.
  3. Training Documentation: Ensure training records are updated, and provide insights and recommendations based on evaluation data.
  4. eLearning Platform: Maintain and update learning content. Manage user accounts and troubleshoot issues.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support events such as staff wellness activities, process/work improvement review projects, etc.
