Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Salary: 3k – 4.5k

Job Description:

1. Design engaging online learning courses using tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
2. Create digital learning content using various media formats such as videos, AI-generated content, interactive elements, and SCORM-based tools.
3. Help run in-person training sessions for staff and faculty on using tech tools for teaching.
4. Work closely with experts from different healthcare fields to understand and present their content effectively.
5. Develop instructional materials like videos (short and long), infographics, interactive content, and AI-generated elements to support learning objectives.
6. Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences for adults, including online courses, micro-learning (short, focused lessons), mobile learning, and blended learning (a mix of online and face-to-face).
7. Collaborate with a design team to create digital content like marketing materials, motion graphic videos, and 2D explainer animations.
8. Present ideas to clients using sketches and drawings, and offer basic technical guidance during development.
9. Stay up-to-date with current trends in learning design and technology to keep improving digital learning experiences.
10. Help manage project timelines and communication with stakeholders to make sure everything is delivered on time.
11. Assist with choosing and buying the right media tools and software, including handling the procurement process.

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in any related field (Interactive and multimedia would be of advantage).
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in eLearning design environment.
3. Proficient and prior experience in utilising Learning Management System (LMS) and courseware authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360 & Rise) is a must.
4. Good project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage projects in a cross functional environment.
5. Experience in implementing e-learning and mobile learning solutions in an education/training environment.
6. Competent in using Adobe Creative Suite tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
