The role involves greeting visitors, assisting with registration processes, and ensuring a smooth flow of traffic in a patient-facing environment. This is a contract position requiring candidates to commit to rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, with operational responsibilities focused on service excellence and safety.

Contract Service Ambassador (Visitor Management)

Location: Bukit Batok

Contract Duration: Until 31 March 2026
Employment Type: Contract (Office Hours, Shift-Based)
Sector: Customer Service / Patient-Facing

Working Hours:

5-day work week, Monday to Saturday
Candidates must be able to commit to both shifts, which may rotate based on operational needs:

Shift 1:

  • Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Shift 2:

  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Tuesday to Friday: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and orient visitors and patients upon arrival at the lobby or drop-off point
  • Assist with online pre-registration and check-in/check-out at self-help kiosks and gantries
  • Monitor and manage crowd flow, queues, and human traffic to prevent tailgating and ensure smooth access
  • Provide wayfinding support to patients and visitors within the premises
  • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of waiting areas, kiosks, and gantries
  • Handle general enquiries and feedback from the public
  • Conduct regular checks of waiting areas and restrooms to ensure upkeep and adequate amenities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or patient-facing role is preferred
  • Able to commit fully to the entire contract duration and all assigned shifts
