You will prepare and verify shipping documents, coordinate with suppliers, ensure compliance with regulations, and track shipment status. Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of shipping operations from port of origin to destination.
• Prepare, verify, and manage all shipping documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers for accurate and timely shipments.
• Check and verify product documents for compliance.
• Arrange and monitor freight bookings.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery schedules.

Job description

• Salary : $3200 - $3600
• Work Hour : 9am – 6pm, Mon to Fri
• Location : Labrador Park

Job Scope

• Handle the full spectrum of shipping operations from port of origin (Port A) to destination (Port B )
• Prepare, verify, and manage all shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, COO, etc.)
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure accurate and timely shipment of products
• Check and verify product documents, including specifications, certifications, and compliance documents
• Arrange and monitor freight bookings, including liaising with freight forwarders and logistics providers
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and shipping requirements
• Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery schedules and any delays
