A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to handle inquiries, assist in sales orders, and ensure timely delivery of products. Responsibilities

• Attend to all incoming enquiries (by phone, fax, email or walk-in) and provide customers with quotations.
• Assist sales staff to key customer orders in to inhouse system.
• Follow up on delivery arrangements ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Follow up with customer’s outstanding payment and update to account / finance team.
• Respond to customer’s feedback & complaints and give after-sales support when requested.
• Handover hardcopy posted documents to account department and arrange own filing.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Job description

Working days & hours: 5.5 days , Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Alt Sat 8am – 1pm

Working location: Pioneer

Salary: $2300 - $3000 + AWS + Bonus + Sales Incentive
