A grooming center in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to assist with day-to-day operations, including customer service and supporting the grooming team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a pet shop or veterinary clinic and possess basic grooming skills. Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests, answering calls, and directing as needed.
• Talking with customers to select a grooming package.
• Ensure all grooming appointments are properly scheduled.
• Assist Groomer Team and Daycare Team on daily operations.

Job description

• Working hours: 44hrs/week
• Working days: 5 Days work Wednesday to Sunday (2 days OFF ; PH OFF)
• Locations: Punggol and Upper Bukit Timah( Rotate both outlet)
• Salary: $2500 - $2900 + AWS + Bonus

• Need to have basic grooming skill

Job Description

• Greeting and welcoming guests, answering all calls and directing as needed and Talking with customers to select a grooming package
• Ensure all grooming appointments are properly scheduled
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the entire grooming centre
• Resolving customer problems as needed
• Assist Groomer Team on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist Daycare Team on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist in selling retail products & packages
• Handle and take care of dogs and cats
• Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned
