Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Finance Administrator. Responsibilities include comprehensive bookkeeping, vendor payments, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or degree in Accounting and have over 3 years of experience in a finance or admin role, preferably in SME settings. Familiarity with QuickBooks and project-based accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a finance/admin role, preferably in SME settings.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks or other cloud accounting software.
• Experience with project-based accounting or handling government grant paperwork is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of bookkeeping: AP, AR, journal entries, and monthly closings.
• Handle vendor payments, and GST submissions.
• Support budget monitoring, cash flow tracking, and project cost reporting.
• Prepare simple financial reports for management review.
• Ensure the office is well-stocked, compliant, and efficient.
• Assist in procurement and contract administration.
• Be the point person for corporate secretary, bank, and auditor communication.
