Job summary

A premier consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a project coordinator with technical drafting skills to support projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will manage ongoing projects, oversee construction activities, and prepare drawings using AutoCAD. A diploma in Architecture is required, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred. The role offers a salary range of $2500 - $4000 per month and operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Nitec / Degree in Architecture or relevant technical certifications.
  • Prior experience in Built Environment is preferred, but Training provided for entry level.
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience (Architecture and Built Environment sector preferred).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (advantage).

  • Prepare, update and review drawings using AutoCAD.

This role involves both project coordination and technical drafting to support our projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage ongoing projects, liaising with clients and contractors and local authorities for submissions and approvals.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards, codes and safety regulations.
  • Prepare, update and review drawings using AutoCAD (Knowledge of Revit is an advantage).
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain proper drawing records, manage revisions and prepare submissions / as-built documentations.
  • Assist in site measurements, verification of works and other ad-hoc project-related tasks.
Requirements
