Job summary

• Conduct daily laboratory analysis of finished goods and raw materials.
• Work closely with the production team for quality control inspections.
• Assist in generating COAs/COCs and QA review in the SAP system.
• Perform routine calibration and preventive maintenance for analytical instruments.
• Conduct safety program checks within the laboratory.
• Comply with EHS rules and regulations.
• Conduct laboratory investigations as needed.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To conduct daily laboratory analysis of finished goods, raw materials and other related testing.
• To be able to work closely with production team to perform in-process quality control (QC) inspections at production lines
• To assist in generating COAs/COCs and renders support on administrative assistance including QA review and approval in the SAP system
• To perform routine calibration and preventive maintenance for analytical instrument
• To perform routine and safety program checks within the laboratory
• To practice safe work habits, including complying with all EHS rules and regulations
• Be able to conduct laboratory investigations when required
• Any other ad hoc tasks and short-term projects which the supervisor may assign from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma in Applied Chemistry / Science or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience preferred
