6mth Accountant (Alps Avenue, convertible)

About the role.
Our client is a logistic company specializing in Air & Sea freight.
This is a 6 months contract to permanent position.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.

• Managing the company's HR functions, such as administration, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives.

• Developing and implementing financial and HR policies and procedures to drive efficiency and productivity.

• Providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.

• Ensuring the organization operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

What we're looking for

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

• HR experience is welcome, but not required.
