About the role.
Our client is a logistic company specializing in Air & Sea freight.
This is a 6 months contract to permanent position.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
Managing the company's HR functions, such as administration, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives.
Developing and implementing financial and HR policies and procedures to drive efficiency and productivity.
Providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
Ensuring the organization operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
What we're looking for
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
HR experience is welcome, but not required.
