A leading company in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant to support its HR operations. The role involves coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and assisting with employee lifecycle events. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in HR or a related field and possess strong organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to HR Business Partners in the day-to-day operations.
Assist and coordinate interviews arrangement.
Organise and schedule meetings/appointments for reporting officers.
Recruitment for Intern/Temp Staff and support on-boarding & off-boarding processes.
Process invoices.
Maintain proper HR documentation.
Draft weekly new hire welcome note for HR.
Maintain a proper filling system and documentation, and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Assist in Orientation and other Employee Lifecycle events.
Any other HR related admin and project works.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
Organized, meticulous and proactive
