Job description

Yield Characterization Engineer

Details:

• 5 days a week, 9am - 6pm
• Budget up to $7200
• Working location to be discussed during interview (either near Expo MRT or Bedok North MRT)

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Test development experience on Verigy 93K, including ATE test flows development and debugging
• Experience with ATE handling on testers and handlers
• Skills in Scan, MBIST, Functional, Analog-mixed signals, High-Speed I/O testing, Ethernet, FUSE, IOSPEC, JTAG, DDR, PCIE, PLL, RESET, RINGOSC, SIDD, STRESS, Thermal, xGMI, and other related areas
• Experience with ATE/Si debugging
• Experience in Si characterization and data analysis
• Experience in qualifying OSAT for manufacturing testing
• Experience with manufacturing and post-manufacturing product lifecycle support
• Proficiency in Unix and Windows; scripting skills in Java, Perl, Python

Product Engineering:

• Knowledge of Semiconductor (CMOS) Testing
• Understanding of Personal Computer Systems, motherboard configuration, Windows OS, BIOS settings
• Familiarity with ATE (Advantest 93k) operation, debugging, and data collection
• Data analysis skills, including experience with statistical tools like SQL, JMP
• Knowledge of DFT concepts such as ATPG and BIST
• Experience in yield engineering and improving yield margins
• Ability to collaborate with system teams on Vid allocation and product bounding box requirements
