Property Manager

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm (Alt Sat half day 8.30am -12.30pm)

(Required to go night walks with MP to visit residents time to time (Have to be open to OT/Weekends/PH (Events))

Salary: $4500 to $5000

Job requirements

• At least bachelor’s degree qualified in Building / Easte Management / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University with a minimum of 3 years in estate management
• Years of experience as Assistant Property Manager

Job scope

• Reporting to General Manager, you will provide leadership to a team of Property Officers in the day-to-day facilities management operations and effectively carry out the functions and duties.
• You will inspect routine maintenance/improvement works and provide advisory on facilities management matters.
• You are also expected to establish and maintain good rapport and close partnership with relevant agencies and other contractors.
