A leading HR advisory firm is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide essential support to the Project Manager. The role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely completion of project tasks. Ideal candidates will have a diploma and relevant experience, along with basic accounting knowledge.

Project Coordinator

  • Working Location: Balmoral Place
  • Working Date & Time: 5 Days, 9am – 6pm
  • Salary: $2300 - $2800

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager
  • Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner.
  • Interface with functional departments on the progress of the work, updating the project plan and where appropriate to identify the relevant activities and critical items having significant impact on the project deliverables and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • To take lead in preparation of purchase order.
  • Documenting and following up with supplier on purchase order.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are highlighted to project team member.
  • Coordinate with the Supplier/Vendor for materials delivery schedule.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assist document preparation for submission by project team.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma required.
  • 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Simple accounting knowledge is a plus.
  • Building knowledge or Hands-on renovation is preferred.
